Road Closures

To keep the school children taking part in the parade and members of the public spectating safe, it’s essential we close key roads surrounding the parade. We appreciate that this can be frustrating for local residents but we hope you’ll come and watch the parade and appreciate the magic it brings for the community.

Many BS3 roads usually close from 3-7pm for the parade including St Francis Rd, North St, Cannon St and East St.

There’s no requirements to move parked vehicles, however you won’t be able to arrive or depart during the road closure period. Emergency vehicles will be able to gain access to all parts of the roads at all times.
